No. 138 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: lO:SS A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. ] 38, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 138, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication <br /> No. 429, dated August 4, 1997, increases the time element of aClerk-Typist 1l2T position to full <br /> time. <br /> Currently, the majority of clerical duties are done by the half time Clerk-Typist. With five <br /> district supervisors and the summer fun program, it is difficult to maintain a regular output of <br /> <br /> production.
