COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII RESOLUTION NO. 224 98 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROADWAY LOT FROM PETER C DUNGATE AND ANGELICA L. DUNGATE, TAX MAP KEY (3)7-3-08:032, TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. WHEREAS, PETER C. DUNGATE and ANGELICA L. DUNGATE, husband and wife, are the developers and owners of that certain roadway lot located in Kaloko, North Kona, Hawaii, specifically identified as Tax Map Key (3)7-3-08:032, being more particularly described in Exhibit A and delineated on Exhibit B attached hereto; and WHEREAS, PETER C. DUNGATE and ANGELICA L. DUNGATE have constructed all subdivision improvements as reql:lired for final subdivision approval, and WHEREAS, PETER C. DUNGATE and ANGELICA L. DUNGATE have received approval from the County of Hawaii's Department of Public Works and the Planning Department for the improvements made to the subject property, and are desirous of dedicating the subject parcels to the County of Hawaii for road and drainage purposes, and WHEREAS, the subject road and drainage improvements have been completed according to County of Hawaii standards and are in acceptable condition for dedication; and WHEREAS, Section 23-10 of the Hawaii County Code requires that the acceptance of such road and drainage improvements be in compliance with Chapter 23 of the subdivision code, and .. . .
