COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII RESOLUTION NO. 225 98 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROADWAY LOT WITHIN THE W AIAKEA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION (FORMERLY KNOWN AS AINA W AIW AI SUBDIVISION), UNIT II, FROM SUN STONE REALTY PARTNERS LLC, TAX MAP KEY (3)2-4-37:014, TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. WHEREAS, SUNSTONE REALTY PARTNERS LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company, is the developer of the Waiakea Heights Subdivision (formerly Ainawaiwai Subdivision), and the owner of that certain roadway lot located in Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, specifically identified as Tax Map Key (3)2-4-37:014, being more particularly described in Exhibit A and delineated on Exhibit B attached hereto~ and WHEREAS, SUNSTONE REALTY PARTNERS LLC has constructed all subdivision improvements as required for final subdivision approval~ and WHEREAS, SUNS TONE REALTY PARTNERS LLC has received approval from the County of Hawaii's Department of Public Works, Department of Water Supply and the Planning Department for the improvements made to the subject property, and are desirous of dedicating the subject parcel to the County of Hawaii for road and drainage purposes; and WHEREAS, the subject road and drainage improvements have been completed according to County of Hawaii standards and are in acceptable condition for dedication~ and WHEREAS, Section 23-10 of the Hawaii County Code requires that the acceptance of such road and drainage improvements be in compliance with Chapter 23 of the subdivision code, and "~""l.diI:; '~I:of\'~ . .
