Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 207-95, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 207-95, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication
No. 758, dated October 9, 1995, amends the district distribution formula of the fuel tax increase
expenditure plan.
Resolution No. 207-95 conforms to the provision set forth in Resolution No. 351-91, which
requires a biennial update of the fuel tax district distribution formula.
This resolution was originally heard on October 31, 1995, and deferred pending input from the
Department on Public Works.
Communication No. 405, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 207-95 by Committee Chair
Aaron Chung, dated July 22, 1997, requests this measure be filed for housekeeping purposes.
Your Committee on Finance recommends Resolution No. 207-93 be filed.
