A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 and Rule 10-12 of the Rules of Procedure of the County Council is necessary to hold an executive meeting. Comm. 116.4: DELIBERATION TO SELECT LEGISLATIVE AUDITOR From Council Chair J Yoshimoto, dated February 20, 2009, requesting that the Council hold an executive session to allow the Council to deliberate towards a decision to select an applicant to fill the position of Legislative Auditor; and Comm. 116.3: From Council Chair J Yoshimoto, dated February 5, 2009, requesting that this measure be agendized to interview applicants for the position of Legislative Auditor. Postponed: February 19, 2009 (Note: If the Council finishes deliberation, they may vote in open session to select an applicant for hire.)
