Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 17, reports as follows:
Bill No. 17, transmitted by Counci1member Dominic Yagong, via Communication No. 82, dated
December 30, 2008, amends Ordinance No. 08-79, as amended, relating to public improvements and
financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 The amendment is as follows:

SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capitol Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other sources

Councilmember Naeole stated her support for Bill 17.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 17, and recommends it
