No. 104/Res. No. 43-09 <br /> <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 43-09, reports as follows: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 43-09, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 104, <br />dated January 20, 2009, authorizes the Mayor to enter into a multi-year extension agreement with Maui <br />Varieties Investments, Inc. for the Na' alehu Ambulance Unit's base of operations, located at 95-1163 <br />Ka'aHiiki Road, Na'alehu, Hawai'i. <br /> <br />The Hawai'i County Fire Department presently leases office space from Maui Varieties Investments, Inc. <br />for its Na'alehu Ambulance Unit's base of operations. The current lease of the .premises, located at <br />95-1163 Ka'aUiiki Road, Na'alehu, Hawai'i and consisting of 1,026 square feet, expires on May 1,2009. <br />The County wishes to enter into a multi-year lease with Maui Varieties Investment Inc. for two years, <br />commencing on May 1,2009.
