Pursuant to Section 46-7, Hawai'i Revised Statutes, and Section 13-13(b}, Hawai'i County Charter, the
Mayor is hereby authorized to apply for, receive and expend the funds for the Hawai'i County Police
Department's Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner Program.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 26, and recommends it
pass first reading.
