Testimony In Support of the adoption of the 2006 IECC Bill 385

the county of Hawaii support the adoption of the 2006 International Energy
Conservation Code. I feel it is especially important for Hawaii County's
residences and commercial buildings to be energy efficient because of our
isolated location and high energy and utility rates.
I encourage the County Council to support the Adoption of this code to
ensure a dean affordable and sustainable future for Hawaii County.
