No. 310 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 11:30 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 90, reports as Follows: <br /> Resolution No. 90, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication <br /> <br /> No. 310, dated April 19, 1997, creates a Park Caretaker 12/ST position for the Puna District. <br /> Due to increased park acreage in the Puna District and additional maintenance at the Cooper <br /> Center, the Department of Parks and Recreation has needed to switch the current weekend park <br /> caretaker to full-time, thus eliminating weekend coverage.
