Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 313, reports as follows:
Bill No. 313, transmitted by former Council Vice-Chair Brian De Lima, via Communication
No. 1321, dated September 21, 1994, amends Chapter 19, Article 7 of the Hawaii County Code
1983, relating to real property taxes. (Note: This item was referred but never agendized)
Bill No. 313 proposes to amend language in relation to the homeowner class and agricultural tax
assessment.
Committee Chair Aazon Chung requested the committee close file on the aforementioned bill and
communication, as it may be reconsidered at another time.
Your Committee on Finance recommends Bill No. 313 be filed.
