SUBJECT: Bill 39, Draft 2
This is to transmit Bill No. 39, Draft 2, which was the result of amendments made at the Hawaii
County Council meeting of March 3, 2009. The amendment increases the total appropriations by
$800,000. The new total for Hamakua Road Baseyard Warehouse will be $847,000, to read:
"SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-79, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and
Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009, is hereby amended by
adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Hamakua Road Baseyard Warehouse - 47,000]
(110.399.5393.74) $ 847,000
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources [$--¢7,000]
$ 847,000"
