SUBJECT: Bill 41, Draft 2 o
This is to transmit Bill 41, Draft 2, which was the result of the amendment made at the Hawaii
County Council meeting of March 3, 2009. The amendment decreases the total appropriations
by $600,000. The new total for Highway Administration Building Extension will be $500,000,
to read:
,,SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-79, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and
Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009, is hereby amended by
adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Highway Administration Building Extension [s-1 1,100,0001
(110.399.5395.67) $ 500,000
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources 1,400,0001
