SUBJECT: Bill 47, Draft 2
This is to transmit Bill No. 47, Draft 2, which was the result of amendments made at the Hawaii
County Council meeting of March 3, 2009. The amendment decreases the total appropriations
by $800,000. The new total for North Hilo/Hamakua Highway Maintenance Building will be
$1,347,000, to read:
"SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-79, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and
Fic:ancing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009, is hereby amended by
adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:

North Hilo /Hamakua Highway Maintenance Building [S-~-1 ,nr,,nnn
(110.399.5393.73) $ 1,347,000
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
