AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 08-78, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING 6UDGET FOR
THE COUNTY 0E HAWAI`1 FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OP HAWAI`1:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-78, as' amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(sj u, the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.
