SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bi1141
The following proposed amendment decreases the total appropriations by $600,000. The new
total for Highway Administration Building Extension will be $500,000, to read:
"SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-79, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and
Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009, is hereby amended by
adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Highway Administration Building Extension [~-1;1-0990]
(110.399.5395.67) $ 500,000
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources [~ 1 ~ 199009]
$ 500,000"

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 08-79, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2008 TO JUNE 30, 2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-79, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Highway Administration Building Extension $ 500,000
(110.399.5395.67)
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 500,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
