Proposed Amendment to Bill 47 ~a
The following proposed amendment decreases the total appropriations by $800,000. 'Chc new
total for North Hilo /Hamakua Highway Maintenance Building will be $1,347,000, to read:
"SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-79, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and
Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009, is hereby amended by
adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
North Hilo /Hamakua Highway Maintenance Building [e ~ ~ ^~ nnn]

SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 08-79, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2008 TO JUNE 30, 2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-79, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
North Hilo / Hamakua Highway Maintenance Building $ 1,347,000
(110.399.5393.73)
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 1.347,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
