Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 75, reports as follows:
Bill No. 75, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication No. 245,
dated April 7, 1997, amends Ordinance 96-72, as amended, the Operating Budget ending
June 30, 1997.
The amendment is as follows:

Laser Speed Measuring

010-201-5219.46-480 Laser Speed Detection General $12,000.00
Misc. Equipment
The additional funds will be used to purchase another Accident Investigation Measurement
System (AIMS) to assist in the reconstruction of fatal traffic accident scenes.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose a~~d intent of Bill No. 75'and
recommends it pass first reading.
