AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 08-79, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2008 TO JUNE 30, 2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-79, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009,
is hereby amended by adding the following projects:
PUBLIC WORKS
Mid Level Road (Ane Keohokalole Highway) $ 4,000,000
(110.399.5397.67)
Mid-Level Road (Ane Keohokalole Highway) -Federal $ 35,000,000
(110.399.5397.68)
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 4,000,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
Federal Grants Receivable $ 35,000,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
