Re: Request for Postponement - Bill 21 - Parong Re-Zoning Application
At the February 18, 2009 Planning Committee meeting, Ms. Parong had the opportunity
to speak with Planning Director Leithead-Todd. As a result of our conversation with the
Director Leithead-Todd, we are requesting to postpone the matter of Melody Parong's
Change of Zone application to allow us additional time to meet with the Hawaii State
DOT.
On behalf of Ms. Parong, we request that this matter be postponed until further
notification. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
