INDEBTEDNESS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII AS OF
JUNE 4, 1998 FOR THE OOKALA, PAAUILO AND PAAUHAU
WATER SYSTEMS
From Finance Director Harry A. Takahashi, dated June 8, 1998,
transmitting the above report. The closing of the $775,600 Bond
Issue to the U.S. Department of Agriculture for the Department of
Water Supply for improvements to the Ookala, Paauilo and
Paauhau water systems on June 4, 1998, requires preparation of
this report. Attaches concurrence to the supplemental summary of
the Finance Committee Chair and the Corporation Counsel.

Hawaii Public Improvement Bond (See Schedule A) for the
