M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96730 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 223, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 223, transmitted by Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, via Communication <br /> No. 223, dated March 24, 1997, nominates Ralph D. Black of Hilo, to the Hawaii County Liquor <br /> Control Adjudication Board. <br /> A 43-year resident of Hawaii, Mr Black will replace Gloria P. Bartolome, whose term expired <br /> <br /> on December 30, 1996. Mr Black has been aself-employed attorney-at-law since 1987, and is <br /> also an active member of the Hilo Rotary Club and the Hospice Advisory Council.
