AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5, ARTICLE 2, OF THE HAW AI'I COUNTY
CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO BUILDING ENERGY
EFFICIENCY STANDARDS (repeals Article 2 of Chapter 5, Hawai'i County Code, and
replaces those provisions relating to building energy efficiency standards with the 2006
International Energy Conservation Code, March 2007 Edition; and adds a new Article 3 to
retain the indigenous architecture provision contained in Division 15 of Article 2): and
