Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 62, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 62, transmitted by Council Chair James Arakaki, via Communication No. 233,
dated Apri13, 1997, authorizes a transfer of funds.
The transfer is as follows:

Misc. Charges
010-101-5101.10-104 HSAC/NACO $15.000 00
Travel/Conferences $25,000.00
The transfer of funds will cover the cost of computer training for councilmembers and staff, and
travel to the upcoming NACo Conference.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 62 and
recommends its adoption.
