AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 96-68, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY I,
1996 TO JUNE 30, 1997.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 96-68, As Amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July I, 1996
to June 30, 1997, is hereby amended by adding the following projects:
