<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />,<A2)ut# ~ > <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />BILL NO. 358 <br />(Draft 2) <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE <br />HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC <br />REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-257, <br />schedule 5 (35 mile per hour limit), subsection (c) Hilo, of the <br />Hawaii County Code, is amended by adding the following to be <br />appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> <br />1-1 Kukuau Street. from Komohana Street to its <br />mauka terminus. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-255, <br />schedule 3 (25 mile per hour limit), subsection (c) Hilo, item (8), <br />of the Hawaii County Code, is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(8) Kukuau Street[.], from Komohana Street to <br />Kapiolani Street. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material <br />is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, <br />bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the <br />application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, <br />such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid <br />provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br />ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
