<br />-. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />BILL NO. 10 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />97 :18 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE <br />HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC <br />REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-288, <br />schedule 36 (Freight loading zones), subsection (f) Kona, of the <br />Hawaii County Code, is amended by adding the following to be <br />appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> <br />1-1 Hanama Place. at its terminus. The fifty-five <br />foot section on the makai side frontina the <br />Kailua Trade Center. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this <br />ordinance, the underscoring need not be included. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the <br />application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, <br />such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid <br />provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br />ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
