It is my pleasure to nominate Walter "Wally" Engstrom of Council District 7 to the
County of Hawaii Tax Board of Review. Mr. Engstrom is a 32-year resident of
Hawaii. He is presently employed at Hawaii Investment Realty as a Principle
Real Estate Broker.
Mr. Engstrom's community service includes membership with the Kona Board of
Realtors and the Kona Elks Lodge #2616. He states that he is not affiliated with
any political party. If confirmed, Mr. Engstrom will serve a term to end on
December 31, 2013, replacing Mr. Kale Bob, whose term expired on
December 31, 2008.
