Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 57, reports as follows:
Bill No. 57, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication No. 185,
dated February 26, 1997, amends Ordinance 96-72, as amended, the Operating Budget ending
June 30, 1997.
The amendment is as follows:

290-000-3609.10 Fund Balance From Previous Year Park Dedication $9,277.46
To:
290-801-5801.13-341 Transfer to Other Funds Park Dedication $9,277.46
Funds are necessary for the Greenwell Park Playground redevelopment project.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of BiII No. 57 grid
recommends it pass first reading.
