RE: Resolution No. 62-09, Draft 2 As Amended
Attached please find Resolution No. 62-09, Draft 2, amending the first BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED clause as contained in Communication 181.1, which was approved at the
Committee on Finance meeting held on March 17, 2009. As amended, the clause reads as
follows:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in accordance with Sections 2-111 and 2-118, Hawaii
County Code, the Director of Finance is authorized to sell to Randolph and Susan Cabral Road
Remnant "A" outlined in green on the attached map, for that portion of their property outlined in
pink on the attached map, subject to the County of Hawaii assuming all other costs involved in the
sale and acquisition."
