RE: Creation of an Ad Hoc Committee Relating to the Fiscal Year 2009-2010 Budget
Pursuant to Council Rule No. 7 and Hawaii Revised Statutes §92-2.5, I am requesting the
formation of an Ad Hoc Committee to discuss issues relating to the proposed Operating
Budget and the proposed Capital Budget and Six-Year Capital Improvements Program for
Fiscal Year 2009-2010. I anticipate 30 minutes for the discussion and selection of the Ad
Hoc Committee members.
Please place this matter on the Council Agenda for April 8, 2009.
