No. 91 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:43 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 25, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 25, transmitted by Finance Director Hazry Takahashi, via Communication <br /> No. 91, dated January 7, 1997, authorizes the appropriation and use of prior yeaz funds due to <br /> the cancellation of a purchase order or contract. <br /> Resolution No. 25 states that in the fiscal year ended June 30, 1996, the Solid Waste account and <br /> Highway account each encumbered $57,824.77. In the current fiscal year, contract No. 96315, <br /> under IFB 1633, was canceled due to a protest of the bid process, resulting in the formerly <br /> encumbered funds to appear as unexpended allotments. Because these funds are still needed, <br /> Resolution No. 25 authorizes the following amount to be appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND ACCOUNT NO.
