Subject: 2% fund
I am totally opposed to the county taking ANY of the 2% funds to cover the budget shortfall. It's the county's
lack of fiscal responsibility that got them in this mess ...they have NO RIGHT TO TAKE MONEY THAT WAS
MANDATED BY THE VOTING PUBLIC OF THIS COUNTY FOR ANOTHER PURPOSE!!!!!!!!!! Shame on all of
you for even suggesting such a thing. If you choose to do this despite what the voters decided, your credibility will
suffer greatly!
