Subject: Resolution relating to the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and more
than one fiscal year for a multi-year lease of a color copy machine for the
Office of the County Clerk-Reprographic Division.
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multi-year lease agreement
for a color copy macliine for the Office of the County Clerk-Reprographic Division. The
terms of the lease agreement will be for five (5) years with an approximate cost per
month of $1,319.59.
