Subject: 2% fund
Dear Council:
Please reconsider the suspension payments of the 2% land fund in order to use it for general budgeting as found
in Bill 49.
There are other ideas being brought to the table including ideas from Councilman Yagong.
Thank you for not going against the vote of the people. If there was to be another vote and the majority of the
voting citizens agreed with Bill 49, then that is the course we should take. Until that happens, let's explore other
means to adapt to the changing economic situation at hand.
