AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 97-82, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY I, 1997
TO JUNE 30, 1998.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 97-82, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July I, 1997 to June 30,
1997, is hereby amended by tranferring the $85,000 settlement
received for the burning of the Japanese ceremonial tea house to the
General Fund.
SECTION 2. Funds for this transfer are in the Fund Balance -
Designated Account (2271.05) in the Capital Projects Fund and is
hereby transferred into the Transfer to Other Funds account in the
Capital Projects Fund for transfer to the General Fund.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
