Bill No. 13, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication
No. 56, dated December 26, 1996, amends Ordinance 96-72, as amended, the Operating
Budget ending June 30, 1997.

Funds are designed to reduce domestic violence incidents within the County of Hawaii
by providing community and agency support services to the victims of domestic violence.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 13 and
recommends it pass first reading.
