No. 54, dated December 26, ] 996, authorizes a transfer of funds.
The transfer is as follows:

Overtime S & W
Insufficient funds were appropriated to cover overtime. Therefore, Resolution No. 19
was introduced to cover the shortage of funds.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution
No. 19 and recommends its adoption.
