Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bi11 No. 7, reports as follows:
Bill No. 7, transmitted by Director of Finance Harry Takahashi, via Communication
No. 31, dated December 11, 1996, amends Ordinance 96-68, as amended, the Capital
Budget ending June 30, 1997, by adding the following projects:
PA K & FCRFATION
Waimea Soccer Field $25,000
(110-599-5594.36-115)
Higashihara Parks Playground $50,000
(110-599-5597.69-115)
Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds and/or Other Sources $75,000
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 7 and
recommends it pass first reading.
