<br />'\. /f/?1.J,-/-r- '? <br /> <br />.--. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />......- <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />BILL NO. 111 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HAWAII <br />COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-274.1, schedule 22.1 (Traffic <br />signal systems), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is <br />amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> <br />o Komohana StreetIMohouli Street. <br />o Kaumana Drivel Ainako Avenue. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. <br /> <br />SECTI ON 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstances, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
