dated November 19, 1996, amends Ordinance 96-68, as amended, the Capital Budget
ending June 30, 1997, by adding the following project:

Komohana/Ponahawai Traffic Signal Federal $2,015,000.00

Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $2,015,000.00
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 1 and
recommends it pass first reading.
