RE: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 62-09
At the request of the property management division of the finance department, I ask the finance
committee to consider amending Resolution No. 62-09.
Resolution No. 62-09, is amended by amending the first BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED clause to
read (Ramseyer format applied - material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken through, material to
be added is underlined):
`BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in accordance with Sections 2-111 and 2-118,
Hawaii County Code, the Director of Finance is authorized to sell to Randolph and
Susan Cabral Road Remnant "A" outlined in green on the attached map, for that portion
of their property outlined in pink on the attached map, subject to the [€ellem ing

As amended the clause will read:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in accordance with Sections 2-111 and 2-118, Hawaii County
Code, the Director of Finance is authorized to sell to Randolph and Susan Cabral Road Remnant "A"
outlined in green on the attached map, for that portion of their property outlined in pink on the
attached map, subject to the County of Hawaii assuming all other costs involved in the sale and
acquisition.
