Section 25-8-2, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br /> <br />Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Kaloko, North Kona, <br /> <br />Hawaii, shall be Agricultural (A-7a): <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of this parcel of land, being also the <br />Southwesterly corner of Lot 9 of this subdivision and being the Northeasterly corner of <br />Lot 11 of Block 7 of Kaloko Mauka Subdivision, Increment 3 (File Plan 1432), the <br />coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation <br />Station "MOANUIAHEA" being 12,614.67 feet South and 3,942.67 feet East and <br />running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />450 00' <br /> <br />923.58 feet along Lot 11 of Block 7 of Kaloko <br />Mauka Subdivision, Increment 3 (File <br />Plan 1432) and along the remainder of Royal <br />Patent 8214, Land Commission <br />Award 7715, Apana 11 to Lota <br />Kamehameha to a point; <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />1350 00' <br /> <br />910.00 feet along the Northeasterly side ofHao <br />Street to a point; <br /> <br />~_~.___ ~ ~ ____ _____ ____ .___ _u_ __ _ . _ ~ ~____~_ _~<t_1-= IJ.Z___ <br />
