Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 329, Draft 2, which amends
Conditions F, L and N, with the following changes:
1. Amend Condition F with additional language to clarify the movement of traffic in
and out of the subject property.
2. Amend Condition L to include standard affordable housing language and clause
which states "for all residential lots that are not set aside for employees of the
applicant who meet the prevailing income criteria for an affordable home."
3. Amend Condition N with additional language.
