AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 97-82, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1997
TO JUNE 30, 1998.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HA WAIl:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 97-82, Relating to Public Improvements and Financing
Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1997 to June 30, 1998, is hereby amended by adding the
following project:
PARKS & RECREATION
Cooper Center's Covered Outdoor Multipurpose Court

$350,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds and! or Other Sources

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
