AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 97-82, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1997 TO JUNE 30, 1998.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 97-82, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1997 to June
30, 1998, is hereby amended by increasing the appropriations to the following
projects:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Inoino Bridge Replacement - Federal

Inoino Bridge Replacement - County
(110-399-5393.21-115)

SECTION 2. Funds for these appropriation increases shall be provided
from:
Federal Grants Receivable
General Obligation Bonds and/ or Other Sources

SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount
being amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
