Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 332, Draft 3, with the following
amendments:
1. Amend the phrase "resort residential" to "residential" in Section 2, Conditions C,
G, J and T. There is no zoning district designation as "resort residential", so the
deletion of the word "resort" clarifies the zoning district and eliminates confusion.
2. Change the word "shall" to "may" in Condition CC so it reads "Director may"
instead of "Director shall".
