Re: Resolution to Amend Resolution No. 296-07, Which Prioritized Lands to
Be Acquired Pursuant to Subsection 2-218(a) of the Hawaii County Code
1983 (2005 Edition, As Amended).
Pursuant to floor discussion on Communication No. 115 in the Committee of Finance
meeting held on March 2, 2009, attached please find a resolution for Council's
consideration.
This resolution seeks to amend Resolution No. 296-07, which delineated a prioritized list
for land acquisition by the County via the provisions of Chapter 2, Article 42 of the
Hawaii County Code.
