Hello my name is David Magallanes. I live at 75-5792
Makamae Place Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. I was born and raised in
the Kona area. I am here to testify in favor of this development
because of the employment opportunities it will bring. I have been
working in Honolulu for the past seven years, and my son has been
out of work for over a year. We would like to be able to work
closer to home. We need this project now, so please consider my
request. Thank you.
