Recommends confirmation of the appointment of Bert Tsuchiya as County of Hawaii Director of Data Systems. FC-8 Page 5 April 7, 2009 UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Comm. 193: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 42, OF THE HAWAII (Bill 49) COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PUBLIC ACCESS, OPEN SPACE, AND NATURAL RESOURCES PRESERVATION FUND (suspends the transfer of two percent of real property tax revenue, including penalties and interest to the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Fund, effective January 1, 2009 for a period of two fiscal years; and eliminates the minimum transfer amount of $250,000 that is currently required in the Hawaii County Code) From Finance Director Nancy E.
